PETTY CRIMES
Detectives Leo and Bill have a new case that's puzzling them. Bodies are turning up with no apparent motives for their deaths. After comparing several of their cases, they determine that the only thing each victim has in common is that they were each in the middle of committing a petty crime when they were killed. One urinated in public. One was a jaywalker. And one shoplifted less than a dollar's worth of merchandise. None of these crimes warrented the death penalty, did they?
